This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Jerythvia ("we", "our", or "us") processes refund requests for courses and services purchased through our online education platform.
1. General Refund Eligibility
We are committed to providing high-quality educational content and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy.
1.1 Eligibility Criteria
Refund requests may be considered if:
a) The request is submitted within the applicable refund window as specified below
b) The course or service has not been substantially consumed or completed
c) The purchase was made directly through our platform
d) No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred
1.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
a) Completed courses where certificates have been issued
b) Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
c) Promotional or discounted purchases marked as final sale
d) Third-party services or products purchased through our platform
e) Subscription fees for periods already consumed
2. Refund Timeframes
2.1 Standard Courses
For individual course purchases, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that less than 25% of the course content has been accessed or viewed.
2.2 Masterclass Programs
For premium masterclass programs, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date or before attending the first live session, whichever comes first.
2.3 Subscription Services
Monthly subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds if cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase and less than 10% of available content has been accessed.
2.4 Bundle Purchases
Course bundles are treated as single purchases. Refund eligibility is determined by the overall bundle access rather than individual courses within the bundle.
3. Refund Request Process
3.1 Submitting a Request
To request a refund, you must:

b) Include your order number or transaction reference
c) Provide your registered email address
d) Clearly state the reason for your refund request
3.2 Review Period
All refund requests are reviewed within 5 to 7 business days of submission. We may request additional information to process your request.
3.3 Decision Notification
You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the terms specified below.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 10 to 14 business days from the date of approval. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time.
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not offer refunds through alternative payment methods or accounts.
4.3 Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, including but not limited to:
a) Technical issues affecting course delivery that were not resolved promptly
b) Significant content discrepancies from the course description
c) Prorated refunds for annual subscriptions as outlined above
4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates
Refunds are processed in the original transaction currency. Any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the purchaser.
5. Special Circumstances
5.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing course content due to platform errors, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refund requests based on technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5.2 Course Cancellations
If we cancel a course or masterclass before its scheduled delivery, you will receive a full refund automatically within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to receive credit toward another course of equal or lesser value.
5.3 Instructor Unavailability
In the event that a scheduled instructor becomes unavailable and a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, affected participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to a future session.
5.4 Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Requests based on medical emergencies, family circumstances, or other exceptional situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis with appropriate documentation.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
6.1 Direct Resolution
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any payment concerns before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Chargebacks may result in suspension of account access.
6.2 Chargeback Consequences
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue through our refund process may result in:
a) Immediate suspension of platform access
b) Termination of account privileges
c) Collection of any outstanding fees or damages
6.3 Fraudulent Claims
Fraudulent refund requests or chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
7. Account Credit and Transfers
7.1 Credit Option
As an alternative to a monetary refund, you may request account credit equal to the purchase amount. Account credits:
a) Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
b) Can be applied toward any future course or service purchase
c) Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
d) Expire if not used within the validity period
7.2 Course Transfers
In some cases, you may transfer enrollment from one course to another of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability and approval.
8. Exclusions and Limitations
8.1 Change of Mind
Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind after substantial course content has been accessed or consumed.
8.2 User Error
We are not responsible for refunds due to user error, including but not limited to:
a) Purchasing the wrong course
b) Multiple purchases of the same content
c) Technical issues on the user's end
d) Failure to meet course prerequisites
8.3 External Factors
Refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, device compatibility problems, or personal scheduling conflicts.
9. Corporate and Group Purchases
Refund policies for corporate licenses, group enrollments, and enterprise agreements may differ from this standard policy. Please refer to your specific agreement or contact our corporate sales team for details.
